3. Use of Phone Numbers & SMS Messaging

Phone numbers are used exclusively to send transactional, event-related SMS messages, including event invitations, RSVP confirmations, reminders, and event updates for a specific event.

PlaceAndPost does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

4. Consent & Message Frequency

Guests receive SMS messages only when an event host provides their phone number for event communication or when a guest voluntarily submits their phone number through an event invitation or RSVP form. Message frequency varies by event and is limited to event-related communications only.

5. Opt-Out & Help

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, recipients may reply HELP or contact PlaceAndPost support at support@placeandpost.com.

6. Data Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and opt-in data is not shared with third parties.

7. AI Processing

Data processed through PlaceAndPost AI features (such as Smart Import) is used only to structure event guest lists and is not used to train global or third-party AI models.
