1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlaceAndPost, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. PlaceAndPost provides an event management and guest communication platform.

2. SMS Communications

PlaceAndPost enables event hosts to send transactional, event-related SMS messages to guests for the purpose of delivering event invitations, RSVP confirmations, reminders, and event updates.

SMS messages are sent only when an event host provides a guest's phone number for a specific event or when a guest submits their phone number through an event invitation or RSVP form. PlaceAndPost does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

3. Consent & Message Frequency

Guests consent to receive SMS messages when they are invited to an event or voluntarily provide their phone number for event communication. Message frequency varies by event and is limited to event-related communications only.

4. Opt-Out & Help

Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, recipients may reply HELP or contact PlaceAndPost support at support@placeandpost.com.

5. Acceptable Use

Hosts must have a legitimate relationship with their guests and may not use PlaceAndPost to send unsolicited, abusive, or non-event-related messages. Abuse of the SMS system may result in suspension or termination of service.

6. User Responsibility

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of guest contact information and for compliance with applicable messaging laws and regulations.
